1) Start Your Order

Tell us what you’re making and who it’s for.

You’ll choose:

  • Product type (tees, hoodies, hats, uniforms, merch)

  • Quantity + sizes

  • Decoration method (DTF, embroidery, screen print, patches, etc.)

  • Deadline + delivery method (ship or local pickup, if available)

Don’t have artwork yet? No problem — we can help you polish a logo, clean up a design, or set up placement.

2) Upload Your Logo / Design

Upload what you have — even if it’s not perfect.

We accept:

  • PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI (best)

  • Screenshots are okay to start (we’ll tell you if it needs cleanup)

Tip: If you want a premium look, send your highest quality logo file. If you’re unsure, upload what you have and we’ll guide you.


3) Proof + Placement Approval

Before anything is produced, you’ll receive a mockup/proof for approval.

You’ll approve:

  • Design placement (left chest, full front, full back, sleeves, hats)

  • Colors + sizing

  • Decoration method recommendations (if needed)

Nothing goes into production until you approve.


4) Production

Once approved, we move into production with quality checks at every stage.

Production options may include:

  • Embroidery + patches

  • DTF transfers

  • Screen print (for larger runs)

  • Premium finishing details (labels, tags, packaging depending on order)

We focus on clean placement, consistent prints, and a professional finish — the kind of merch people actually want to wear.


5) Delivery / Pickup

We ship directly to you (or offer pickup if available).

You’ll receive:

  • Tracking (when shipped)

  • Secure packaging

  • Optional order sorting by size (available on request)

What’s the minimum order?

Minimums vary by product and decoration method. For many items, we can do small runs — bulk runs unlock better pricing.

How long does it take?

Turnaround depends on product + method + quantity. Rush options may be available if you have a deadline — tell us up front.

Can you help with design?

Yes. If you have a logo that needs cleanup or you need help setting up placements, we can assist.

Do you offer samples?

In some cases, yes. If you need a sample before a bulk run, request it in your order notes.

Can I mix sizes?

Yes — you can mix sizes within your total quantity.

What if I don’t know what decoration method I need?

Start the order anyway. We’ll recommend the best method based on your design, budget, and desired finish.
